Therapy Advantage takes pride in our dynamic team approach to patient care, where communication between therapy services and nursing services is paramount. Therapy Advantage utilizes a Director of Rehab & Rehab Coordinator to be a single point of contact between therapy services and the home health agencies we serve. Therapy services are initiated promptly within 24 to 48 hours for all appropriate therapy disciplines. Evaluations and plan of cares can be accessed via the online software program by your agency within 24 hours of completion. Treatment orders are monitored closely to ensure accurate execution of the plan of care. Medicare Reassessment visits are also tracked via the software program, but to ensure accuracy our therapists are also trained to use a calendar tracking system in the patient's home. Therapy Advantage serves a large geographical region including Franklin, Delaware, Marion, Licking, Fairfield, Madison, Union, Knox, Muskingum, Perry, Coshocton, Hamilton, Clermont, Butler and Warren Counties.
